Monster Hunter Now
While Pokémon Go has been a massive success, not all of Niantic’s games have become popular.
Peridot had technical issues that overheated phones, and games like Wizards Unite eventually got shut down.
Following a similar approach to Pokémon Go, there are high hopes that Monster Hunter will be a success.
Monster Hunter Now launches on September 14 for both Android, and iOS.
The Crew Motorfest
The Crew is widely known as the biggest open world in all of video games, with a map that’s essentially the size of the US.
However, Motorfest will take place on just the Hawaiian island of O’ahu, making for a more streamlined experience.
Players are still keen to dive into the action, to see a different take on the series.
The Crew Motorfest will be released on September 14 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
Mortal Kombat 1
Following up from the excellent release of Street Fighter 6 earlier this year, Mortal Kombat 1 now enters the arena.
With bigger, better, and gorier Fatalities than ever before, players are excited to experiment with the new Kameo system too.
You’ll be able to call other characters into the action to pull off special attacks, while in the middle of battle.
Mortal Kombat 1 will launch on September 19 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
Lies of P
A new entry into the soulslike genre, Lies of P follows Bloodborne’s steampunk art style and has added its own twist.
Follow an original take on the story of Pinocchio, you are the last sane puppet in a world of corruption.
There is a huge number of weapons to equip, and upgrades to your mechanical arm to give you a good variety of play.
Lies of P will be released on September 19 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
Payday 3
Payday is making its comeback, and the upcoming sequel plans to bring more heists to the co-op shooter.
Team up with friends to complete missions, and coordinate your plan to make out with the big bucks.
Payday 3 isn’t really offering much different, but it’s bringing updates to an already popular series.
Payday 3 will launch on September 21 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty
Cyberpunk 2077 is getting two big launches in September, as version 2.0 will release alongside the new DLC.
Phantom Liberty will tell a whole new story, featuring Idris Elba in a new role for the game.
The 2.0 update will be free for all players, and will also feature significant upgrades for the existing fanbase.
Cyberpunk’s DLC will launch on September 26 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
EA Sports FC 24
The first game in EA Sports’ new series of football games, EA Sports FC, will launch towards the end of the month.
It brings a whole new load of updates and features over the long-standing FIFA series, including the addition of women players to Ultimate Team.
There will also be a whole new host of shots, passes and other features to improve gameplay.
